Pryanishnikov Fedor Ivanovich (1793-1867). He studied at the Moscow University boarding house, served in different departments. In 1835, in the rank of actual state adviser, he was appointed St. Petersburg Post-Director, in 1841, in the rank of secret adviser, as the director of the postal department with the leave of the post-director of the post-director.
